Join the Asian American Student Union (AASU) and UPC as we celebrate Asian, Pacific Islander and Desi American (APIDA) Heritage Month with an evening of hand fan decorating.

The Chinese are well regarded as one of the first cultures who invented the fans, and archeologists have agreed that the oldest known Fan in Asia (from around the 2nd-century BCE) is originated in China, more exactly the Mawangdui tomb in Hunan Province.

Come pick up a kit to take with you or stay and socially distant decorate with us. Seating will be limited.
