Celebrate this traditional Latin American holiday by participating in an alter display and a film screening of “The Book of Life” (PG). Co-sponsored by H.A.L.O. and Union Program Council.
Alter Display: All-day in the Courtyard, Ground Floor, K-State Student Union (building hours)
Film Screening: Movie will start at 5pm in the Courtyard, we will provide socially distanced chairs, or encourage attendees to bring their own blankets to watch in the space. Limited capacity available.
Ways to participate in the alter experience:
Send us photos of your deceased loved ones pictures and their names to upc@k-state.edu. We will print them and place them on the alter.
Build a digital alter (external site) with your own touches and photos and send to upc@k-state.edu for them to be printed and placed on our physical alter. Or tag us on Instagram @kstateupc!
